My journey into mental health was born in the classroom, driven by a desire to provide deeper support for my students. My years in educational leadership further shaped my ability to guide adults through their own paths of growth and challenge.
Now, in the counseling setting, I focus my clinical work on partnering with teens, adults, and couples in their pursuit of wellness.
As an educator and mental health counselor, I believe in partnering with you to bridge the gap between awareness and integration. Together, we don’t just explore how your past affects your present; we work to support healthy growth by unlearning the survival strategies that may now be keeping you stuck.
By blending an educator’s clarity with a therapist’s compassion, we navigate the process of deconstructing ingrained patterns—moving you from a state of constant survival to a place of authentic arrival.
I believe our earliest relationships provide the map for how we navigate the rest of our lives. If you find yourself repeating the same cycles or feeling stuck in the same emotional loops, it’s often because your past is still trying to protect you in ways you no longer need. In our sessions, we look at the 'why' behind the 'what.'
By exploring the subconscious forces that drive your behavior, we create a space for deep integration—moving you from a life of reactive survival to one of intentional, authentic presence.
A space where you don't have to have it all together.
Through The Center for Psychological Services, I provide compassionate counseling for teens, adults, and couples across Illinois. Whether in-person or online, I offer a dedicated space for educators, students, and the wider community to navigate life’s complexities and pursue healing.
